Make the celes a bit more cool, adding like "<name> has reviced a PERFECT Celestial Enchant" with the rates of succes 100% and destroy 0% (the chance to get it from crates etc. to be like 0.5-1 chances to get it) and to complete it like 10m energy (levels 1-4 or 1-5 how they are for a example: block xp master 1-4 to do not to influence the amont of energy needed, just let it for all prefect celes levels 10m it will be enough or max 20m) 😉
