Description

Basically, there should be a npc/shopkeeper who would always appear on spawn once a week on a prescribed day. He would trade money/tokens for rare items like energy, attributes, ru's, keys etc.. To make it fair and balance it everyone should be able to purchase only one item and it should be randomzied for everybody ( if that is possible ) so that no one could use thier alt to get 2 of one thing. Moreover, the prices shouldnt be too high and the npc should go away in 24/12 hours
