make it so we can combine enchant orbs to make orbs more useful and also make it so we can scrap orbs to give us dust, overall this will help encourage pvp as it will be slightly easier to make proper god gear and gives enchants more of a purpose

this already exists, /tinker is to scrap identified orbs into dust, however the dust has a chance to not succeed, and become failed dust. Combining enchants would also be pretty useless considering orbs are extremely easy to obtain and a lot of orbs are floating around the community.
