Description

Basically, everyone has 3 days to know the 5 Chief Candidates, their names, buffs, and debufffs. After the 3 day period, The whole server has a whole Minecraft week to vote for the Chief they want, after the election period. The new Chief then is elected, and everyone has a week of thoes debuffs and buffs.

This is big PP, we can also make It so that they're buffs/debuffs get better overtime with more blocks mined. Can be like "XXX Cheif (I, II, III,... X, XI)"
I'm down for any other opinion on this
